What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please ensure online paperwork is filled out and you have comfortable clothes that allow movement.

How can I prepare for physical therapy?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement. Avoid wearing tight or restrictive clothes. We also suggest to prepare by reflecting - or writing down - medical details and dates we may need to discuss that impacts your care.

What is the typical duration of therapy sessions?

All sessions are 60 minutes. Amount of session depends on each case.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept HSA, FSA, cash, check, venmo, and credit card as forms of payment.

What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee. You can cancel by contacting us directly.
